The headquarters of Detech comprises a group of connected towers for this family business. It includes the original building and is located in a thriving up-and-coming part of Hanoi, the My Dinh district.
LAVA's competition-winning design interpreted the different business branches of Detech [from environmental projects to motorcycles to biotechnology] as a group of buildings of different appearance and size, yet all connected, like the business itself.
Importantly the ‘oldest family member’, the original Detech Tower, is incorporated into the design as the founding place of the company. LAVA assembled an international team of experts including German firm Inros Lackner to design the state-of-the-art large scale complex.
